The new dies lubrication systems for oil-based lubricants have proved to be a very good solution for the 50 systems installated and working at the moment. Excellent results were got concerning the lack of oil remainders on printed pieces. They were more lucid and the writings more precise. The proper dosage kept during all the work day allowed, beyond the quality results of the printed piece, a lubricant saving of 30%, compared to the traditional systems and a higher die duration, avoiding also the continuous machine stop to clean and sand the die.
